In the late 90s, we began selling honey at COATO. A small number of beekeepers wanted to collectively sell their product to be relevant in the market. It started as an idea to sell it in bulk to adequately defend it by concentrating the supply through an already established organization. Today, we produce honey of various varieties such as orange blossom, rosemary, eucalyptus, wildflower, and others, sold both in bulk and in containers ranging from 40 g to 10 kg. Our honey undergoes only heating for impurity separation and filtering, without any other physical or chemical processes that could alter its properties. Therefore, it is a completely natural product with no additives of any kind, and not mixed with honey from other countries.
